Consultation and Proposal
We meet with you to discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement budget.  We discuss our 8-step Action Plan while walking through your home to gather those all-important first impressions as a buyer would.  If time permits, we give a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home.  Finally, we develop a proposal based on the amount of work required to achieve your objectives.  

“Top Ten” Priority Report
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that require minimal changes to prepare adequately for the sales market.  This customized report focuses on the ten most important improvements for home owner consideration, with an eye toward increasing the marketability of the home.

Half Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that need a little extra attention and expertise or are less then 2,000 square feet.  The Baca Design LLC Consultant works from the 8-step Action Plan used during the Consultation to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We provide accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase to maintain the professionally staged appearance of your home.   

Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that require more attention or are over 2,000 square feet.  We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  You’ll receive photos for your agent’s marketing program and visuals of purchases you may consider to maintain the professionally staged appearance of your home.

Completed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides
Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan to either of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself.  We’ll take an extra hour reviewing the home with you and filling out our Action Plan.  We’ll also email you a “Do-It-Yourself” guide, which outlines projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home. 

New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Action Plan)
This service is perfect for the house that is about to go onto the market OR have an Open House.  A Baca Design LLC Consultant will spend two full days prior to the open house weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  The Consultant will work from a detailed Action Plan that is given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformation at the end of the session.  To get top dollar, it is advantageous to go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE your home is listed! 

Vacant Home Staging Package
Our goal is to add enough home furnishings to give the warm and comfortable feel necessary to provide buyers a frame of reference and fuel their imagination. This package includes: consultation, furniture and accessories planning, staging and de-staging the vacant home.
 

Shopping Service  
You’ll create a budget and Baca Design LLC Consultants will shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale or redesign of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.  We know where to shop and may even get “Designer Discounts” on items we purchase on your behalf.
